Hero100 is a solo pen and paper roguelike played on a 10x10 grid. Pencils, paper, and dice. No app required, no table required, no other players required.

Choose your hero from eight classes, build your fate, and fight your way through a dungeon that will never look the same twice. Every enemy leaves a trail. Every move is permanent. Every room is a puzzle with no guaranteed solution.

The campaign mode drops you into the Impassable Dungeon of Kismet: twenty floors of hand-crafted rooms, a mystery that deepens with every door you open, and a story that belongs to whoever is holding the pencil.

When the campaign ends, the procedural dungeon begins. With twenty enemy types, twenty hazards, and fully randomized placement for every entity on the board, the number of possible room configurations runs well into the billions. You could play every day for the rest of your life and never encounter the same room twice.

Playtest

Hero100 is currently in open playtest. We are looking for players of all experience levels: solo RPG veterans, dungeon crawl enthusiasts, puzzle game lovers, and curious newcomers alike.

What you'll get: The complete Hero100 rulebook including the full twenty room campaign, all game tables, procedural generation rules, advanced game modes, and the Pentheon lore section.

What we're asking: Play at least one full session and fill out a short feedback form. Your notes: on rules clarity, difficulty balance, narrative pacing, anything, will directly shape the next version of the game.

There's no deadline and no commitment beyond genuine curiosity. If you open those doors, we just want to know what you found on the other side.
